The starting point
I have been starting things since I was young. After university came six years at Inguz, from 2003 to 2009, developing cloud services for Argentine companies when nobody yet said SaaS: tax reporting, document management for companies certifying ISO 9001, passenger transport traceability. I was among the first to put cloud-based web solutions into companies in the country.
The Scrum era
In July 2009 I joined Gameloft to take over a team of twelve people that was not working. That year I certified as a Scrum Master; almost no company in Argentina used the method. Within a few months the team became the best-performing one in the area and I was promoted to extend the implementation to more than eighty people. The hardest ones were two experts with many years in the company. With them I understood that the method was the easy part and that the hard part was the change in people.
In 2010 I moved to Thomson Reuters, where I took that experience to a multinational, led the Lean and Agile implementation in my teams, contributed to the organization’s processes and standards and applied Kanban outside IT, in Human Resources. In 2011 I became responsible for SaaS applications in five countries of the Southern Cone, and in 2012 I was one of thirty people selected for the Generate Program, a training in India for future leaders. In those years I also took part in the Latin American agile community, wrote and translated on the subject, and gave a talk in Madrid.
R/GA, consulting and ventures
Between 2013 and 2016 I was Senior and then Executive Technology Director at R/GA Buenos Aires, responsible for the technology of the office, with clients in Latin America and the agency’s global network.
From late 2016 to 2021 I was an independent consultant and advisor in blockchain, AgTech, FinTech and AI, helping other startups define their architecture and cloud strategy. In parallel I started ventures: Digirodeo, livestock traceability with IoT devices; Evenance, a platform for finding participatory sports events across the country, incubated at Founder Institute in 2019; and Medalio, digital ticketing for sport, which I founded in January 2020 and closed in December 2022.
Medalio was already under way when I joined Globant in February 2020, and for almost three years I carried both at once: consulting work for large companies during the week and the startup in the rest of my time, until I closed it at the end of 2022.
Globant and AI agents
At Globant I went through three stages: cloud platforms for banking and payments in Latin America; the Blockchain Studio, with Web3 projects in health, sports, gaming, retail and hospitality; and since 2025 the Consumer Goods & Manufacturing AI Studio, as Senior Specialized Technology Director, with agentic AI harness frameworks. I was the first Claude Certified Architect (Foundations level) in the company, and in a program of more than three hundred people I worked with SAFe.
I look at the dates and see that I almost always arrived early: the cloud in 2003, Scrum in 2009, blockchain in 2016, digital ticketing in 2020, agents in 2025. Sometimes too early, as with digital collectibles. I remain one hundred percent hands-on: Gastos Compartidos, with web, mobile, services and MCP servers, I built entirely with agents in my free time, and I put together an MVP every few months with Claude Code and MCPs.
How I work
Throughout my career I have worked with local and remote teams in the United States, Central America, India, Spain and other countries in Europe. My profile is technical, managerial and strategic at the same time: I discuss architecture with the teams and support Client Partners on proposals and RFPs.
Sport and family
I started running in 2013 looking for nature. Trail and open water showed me a way of moving in which the one in front waits for the one behind; triathlon, the opposite, against the clock. Both served me later with teams, and I know which one each moment asks for. Many of those events I share with my family. I still train almost every day.
