What twenty-five years of building, and a few thousand kilometres, taught me about balance.
I was born and raised in Patagonia. In 2000 I started working as a software engineer at the Universidad de Belgrano, and since then I have not stopped building: first cloud services for Argentine companies, then teams, and in the last few years AI agents. Along the way I created and advised startups, worked at four multinational companies, and started running.
Work
In July 2009, at Gameloft, I was handed a team of twelve people that was not doing well. That year I certified as a Scrum Master, when almost no company in Argentina used the method, and within a few months the team started delivering on time. Later I took the same thing to Thomson Reuters, ran the technology side of R/GA Buenos Aires, and in 2020 joined Globant, where today I am a Senior Specialized Technology Director in the Consumer Goods & Manufacturing AI Studio and work with agent frameworks in programs of several hundred people. I still build with my own hands.

I have been starting things since I was young. The most recent is Gastos Compartidos, a platform for coordinating co-parenting expenses that I built end to end with agents, after nine years of maintaining spreadsheets for the same problem. Before it came Digirodeo, livestock traceability with IoT; Evenance, for finding sports events across the country; and Medalio, digital ticketing for sport, which I closed in 2022. Today I also build small products for race organizers.

Between 2010 and 2019 I gave talks in the agile community and at university events for people who do not write software: Ágiles 2010 in Lima, Lean Kanban Southern Europe 2012 in Madrid, several times at UCA. In 2012 I translated Jurgen Appelo's *How to Change the World* into Spanish, and a year earlier I had published a short text on project dashboards with the Scrum Alliance. Now I am writing about AI adoption in companies, which looks a lot like what I saw in 2009 with Scrum.

I started running in 2013 to spend more time outdoors. Since then there have been trail and adventure races, several half-Ironman events, a ten-kilometre swim from river to sea, and winter swims in cold lakes with a group of swimmers who ended up being a group of friends. What I keep from all of it is the months of preparation and the people I shared them with.
